Description: The Europium cryptate labeling reagent is specifically designed for biomolecule labeling, enabling the rapid and efficient development of time-resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) assays. It facilitates quick and easy labeling of peptides, proteins, and oligonucleotides.
The Selectoprobe™ Eu DBCO (europium complex) can be readily clicked to molecules containing an azido group under copper-free conditions.
Compared to the other compounds, our cryptate Eu probes have extremely high stability, high emission yield and ability to selectively label biomolecules. Moreover, our Eu probes are insensitive to fluorescence quenching when conjugated to biological polymers such as antibodies.
